A nice little pocket light.
I have other Surefire products, so I wasn't afraid to buy this little thing. It puts out a bright, wide beam which makes it great for close in work. It doesn't have a bright center spot, like larger lights, so it no good for illuminating distant objects. But that's just fine, as I have other lights for that purpose. I like the fact that the low lumen setting comes on first, unlike all the other non Surefire lights where the bright setting comes on first. The low lumen setting is just fine for most uses, and it allows the battery to last a lot longer. But it's high lumen setting is very adequate for most other uses. This little light is very well made, and slips unnoticed into my pants pocket. So far, I love it.I have other Surefire products, so I wasn't afraid to buy this little thing. Pricey but worth it...
I have used Surefire flashlights for many years, both at work and home. They don't come cheap but the quality is the best you can get. Sure, you can buy 10 china made lights that probably put out more lumens otf for the cost of one Surefire light but when things start flying I would not trust any other flashlight than Surefire. And I'm a simple guy.. I don't need any fancy functions like strobe or sos, high and low is all I need. The reflector puts out a nice and smooth beam. Cool feature, it has a Surefire branded rechargeable aaa battery.I have used Surefire flashlights for many years, both at work and home. They don't come cheap but the quality is the best you can get. Pocket-sized giant
This tiny super-powered flashlight just fills the bill. It is small enough to add to your key ring, It weighs hardly more than a key fob for your car, and is less bulky. And when you need a light on the subject, it is ready I know it is durable, because it has already been dropped a couple of times, and still looks and works like new. Surefire Titan A: High quality keychain-sized mini flashlight, with very wide light beam
The build of this AAA-powered flashlight is typical Surefire: sturdy and durable. Despite its small size (3 inches in length), it feels solid in the hand, while having a soft-anodized surface. The size is perfect if you want to attach this light to your keys and carry it in your pocket. Another option is to attach a thin lanyard to the light and then just wear it around your neck; I do this some times and I forget it's there. The flashlight comes with a rechargeable Lithium battery. It doesn't include a battery charger, but if they included one then the price would be higher. At any rate, you could get a good quality universal charger for about $20 to $25; it's an investment that pays for itself in the long run. The beam of this flashlight is very "floody"; it is very hard to notice a "hot spot" unless you shine the light on a wall at a very close distance. The reason for this wide beam pattern is Surefire's MaxVision technology, which uses a faceted reflector. It has two output modes: a 15-lumens low and a 125-lumens high. The low mode is enough to allow you to see inside a dark room, but without being able to really distinguish fine details or colors in an object. The good news, according to Surefire, is that on low mode, you could get about 8 hours of light when using the rechargeable lithium battery. On the other hand, the high mode will allow you to fill a room, or even a living room, with light and be able to better distinguish colors. On high mode, the light has a decent amount of "throw" - relatively speaking. If you need to illuminate objects at a large distance, then you should consider carrying a regular-sized flashlight. The light beam's color is on the "warm" side, not a neutral white; it has a creamy appearance which I really like. However, this last point is just a matter of personal preference as some people prefer light beams that are neutral white or that have a "cool" tint. While you may be able to illuminate an entire room with this small flashlight, the light beam does not appear very bright - not even in the center. This is not surprising, given that this flashlight only puts out about 450 candela on high mode. Just as a comparison, I also have an Olight i3E EOS, 120-lumen version flashlight (also powered by one AAA battery), and the hotspot is noticeably brighter than that of the Surefire Titan. On the other hand, the Olight i3E is not able to illuminate a large area like the Surefire Titan does. In my opinion, the Surefire Titan's MaxVision beam is more useful, because it can illuminate a larger area. Lastly, if you would like to have a keychain flashlight that is both very bright and floody, then you ought to consider either Surefire's Titan Plus or Sidekick, both of which have a high mode of 300 lumens and 1,100 candela. I chose the Sidekick over the Titan Plus because, after reading many reviews, I realize that the Titan Plus high mode is more like a Turbo mode which only lasts like 3 minutes. The Sidekick, which has the form factor of a keychain fob, can deliver close to 300 lumens for about 30 minutes, and then you begin to notice a steady decline in output. I own several Surefire flashlights and they have never let me down; they build high-quality, reliable and tough flashlights. Best of all, Surefire flashlights are proudly made in the U.S.

Nice keychain flashlight
Bright light to have on a keychain. Typical Surefire quality and bright enough for most EDC needs. I typically like a push button switch but the twist head works well to go from low to high. Overall a nice compact flashlight that you won't even notice in your pocket.
