We had someone try to fix it, but the pole wobbles because the wheels are uneven and unbalanced—making the whole thing unstable and unreliable. I reached out to the seller hoping to resolve the issue, but they completely ignored me. No response whatsoever. Now I'm stuck having to buy a new blood pressure machine.
