She was patient while I hummed & harrred over which size shade to fit my beast of a lamp base. Once decided, she set up the ‘special order’, I paid, she ordered the fabric & the lamp shade arrived perfectly packaged 2 days before the estimated delivery date!! Absolutely perfect transaction!! It was packaged extremely well, in a very strong box , cushioned by paper packaging. I contacted the seller to request that the lightshade inner be brushed gold. The seller replied immediately and made my lamp to my wishes. I'm thrilled it looks good in our newly decorated bedroom.
