I marked a neutral due to the packaging. The seller taped over the open end of the top loader causing the top end of the card to get stuck to the tape which I had to pull off. This is unacceptable for shipping cards. You should never put tape in any place that could come into contact with the card itself. Disappointed with the lack of care especially at the price point they were selling.
