        Excellent for tennis elbow

        After only a couple weeks of using twist exercises with this bar I've already felt a big reduction in elbow pain. A great physical therapy aid!

        I would not recommend it

        I have used it for about three weeks, every time I use it my elbow hurts more than when I began. So I would not recommend it.
