The description was Pre-owned, but I didn’t pay much attention to that, so wasn’t expecting the items to be quite so dirty. I washed everything twice and did have to toss out about 75 charms due to damage. Hoping the glue holds out on the rest but expect it to be touch and go. Seller was responsive. Items were shipped in a ziploc bag inside a box (items were dirty in the bag but the packaging was clean and sturdy). Value is ok…was hoping to sell for hockey fundraiser.
