Die Ware wurde in einer angemessenen Zeit geliefert. Da das Dock nicht funktioniert hat habe ich per Mail den Veräufer kontaktiert. Schnell und problemlos wurde nach der Ursache gesucht und ich habe unkompliziert eine neue Station erhalten. Auch die Rücksendung war kein Problem. Ich erhielt zeitnah den Rücksendeschein. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und angenehm!
