The typewriter arrived inadequately packed with crumpled paper, not according to my request to use bubble wrap. The right platen knob sustained additional damage during transit, with half of the knob end cracked off and loose in the box. It was a mistake to trust this seller to know how to pack a typewriter. However, the typewriter was as described and arrived in working condition.
