    Empty promises!

    When I received this remote it worked great and looked exactly like our original unit. The description said it is a genuine Toshiba remote so I had high hopes that it would provide years of good service as the old one had. It worked fine for a few weeks, but then it suddenly quit working. Even with new batteries nothing happens. Don’t waste your money!

    Excellent quality and works perfect

    I didn’t even have to program it, I just put the batteries in and it worked. So happy to have a remote that works again. Definitely would purchase again. It is the exact same remote that came with my Toshiba television.
