    Love the PHA2000 cable

    The Texas Instruments PHA2000 Dual Cassette Cable I purchased (New Old Stock NOS - SEALED) was like brand new despite being over 37-42 years old. Worked great and did what it does. The price purchased was lower than what others were selling for used cables

    I’m rating a 40-year old product, but yeah, it’s great.

    Texas Instruments originally thought everyone would just be using a cassette recorder (or two) to save and load programs on the TI99/4A. This was the original TI dual cassette cable, and the seller had it in an original sealed plastic bag (a bit musty after 40 years). The fact that it still works and looks great after all this time says that TI always sold well-made peripherals and accessories. Only complaint is that they should have made it a bit longer. Now try finding a cassette player that works reliably.
