A good book for those who are not looking for the stereotypical story

I really enjoy this book from Ms. Maas. While I admit the style is different compared to her Throne of Glass series (first noticeable difference is the change from 3rd POV to 1st POV, but that's not really an issue), I'm still drawn into the fairy tail that we are used to, but with a twist. The characters are easy to relate to, the story is well thought out, and the writing style itself wants you to keep reading. I definitely recommend this book to those who are familiar with her work, and to those who are not. This isn't the typical love story/fairy tail we know, so it does leave you guessing all the way.

      • Book Content + Product Condition Accuracy

I've read this book before and while it has many flaws in regards to character development, plot development, and believability of decisions made, it's a book I would recommend reading if you're looking for something easy or a world to escape into. It's a perfect read if you're stuck at home for a while. The book was in great condition when it arrived. It looked exactly like the photos on the original listing, even down to the small inscription on the inside cover. It was packaged in a decent sized box with air packets to keep the book from moving around during shipping. The box was partially opened when it arrived but that was from the shipping process.

      • Finally in my hands

It has been impossible to find the original cover of A Court of Thorns and Roses in hardback since they changed the art and I was thrilled to find this listing and finally have it in my hands. The book arrived so fast, in beautiful condition, and will look amazing displayed on my shelf.
