    Unfortunately, the wrong product was sent to me. It was a replacement part for my coffee maker. However, I was exceedingly impressed that when I messaged the company concerned, they replied very quickly, explained that they had sent the wrong item but their supplier didn't have the correct part in stock. They also advised that a refund would be issued very quickly and they did just that. I was very impressed and, for that reason, I would happily purchase items from them again.

    it came with no batteries and not in box just heavy duty envelope very disjointed with this seller it cost £ 40 .45 and no instruction and could have got damage as it was not in a box and as said it was very easy to damage in the way it was posted and should have hade 2 batteries with it
