Many features. Pretty good.
We are only a couple of days into using the Ring Chime Pro with our Ring doorbell. So far, we do like it. It’s quite loud and has different customizations. My only complaint is that it took several tries to get everything hooked up and connected with each other. When something wasn’t right, I couldn’t figure out which device wasn’t right to work on so I had to start again with both of them. This happened twice and I was ready to send them both back when they started working (I did something right but am not sure what). The Ring Chime has a nightlight feature that is very bright. Didn’t realize until yesterday there was a way to turn off the nightlight. We are only a couple of days into using the Ring Chime Pro with our Ring doorbell. So far, we do like it. Not the features I expected.
I purchased the Chime Pro with the hope of extending my WiFi for my Ring cameras. Unfortunately the signal to the cameras is the same with the Pro or directly from my router without the Pro. For me the product is useless.

App Opens Quickly, Image Clear and Bright
This doorbell replaces another brand which was not performing well for us. The Ring doorbell app opens quickly and the image is bright and clear. However, after a 30-day free trial period, you do need to buy an extra monthly subscription to see any videos of visitors. You also need to buy a separate chime. Battery life seems good. The installation instructions included a QR code that was erroneous and caused some frustration until I figured it out (I used the item number on the doorbell itself to log in). Now that it's up and running, it is fine and provides security while we're at home or away.This doorbell replaces another brand which was not performing well for us. Excellent Product at Price Point
Quality of the build and the feature set is excellent. Set up was more complicated than expected evidently due the inclusion of special characters in my Wi-Fi password. Once connected, access to the device settings was a breeze.

Great product!
I was having problems with the wi-fi connectivity on some of my Ring Stick-Up cameras. After reading other reviews on the Ring Chime Pro 2nd Gen., I ordered this one, and it has solved my probloems! Unit works great, and has the bonus of a night light, if you want to use it.
