    You sure do need to send the package as I ordered it.... waiting a week just for you to put it in the mail 1 day away from the first delivery day now I won't get it for another 4 days! Very and I mean VERY POOR SERVICE

    The buyer left this feedback before his package arrived. He assumed how long it would take to be delivered and got himself all worked up over nothing. We admitted that we shipped his package a day late ("waiting a week" is a bit exaggerated) and to compensate we upgraded his shipping to Priority Mail. If his Post Office hadn't held on to it for a day, it would have arrived early. Instead, it arrived on the first delivery day given.
