Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio, entro il termine indicato, di una comunicazione scritta mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. La comunicazione andrà inviata a:

La comunicazione puo' essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante telegramma, telex e facsimile, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le 48 ore successive.

Il prodotto andrà rispedito a spese del cliente. Le spese di trasporto, che siano comprese nel prezzo di vendita e/o accessorie non saranno rimborsate, in particolare laddove sia prevista in inserzione la spedizione gratuita questa va considerata compresa nel prezzo totale di vendita e pari a €2,80 per spedizioni con Posta Prioritaria (e servizi equivalenti), €5,90 per spedizioni con posta raccomandata (e servizi equivalenti) e €7,90 per spedizioni con corriere espresso (e servizi equivalenti); tali importi verranno dedotti dal totale rimborsabile.
