However, because the hasp and slider are made to close tolerances, they would not slide over one another because the door was not quite at right angles to the door frame. I had to spend quite a bit of time squaring things up. Lastly, the metal of the padlock and hasp look high quality hardened metal but the screws heads burred with a new bit of the correct type and size.
