    I didn’t actually received the product. As the item was being packed, the seller noticed damage. He messaged me right away. Saying, “he couldn’t in good faith send me a damaged product.” While disappointing, t’is completely understandable. I appreciate that the seller didn’t send a damaged product & let me know in a timely manner so that I could find the product elsewhere in time for Christmas. The issue was out of their control but it was handled in a professional manner. Kudos
