I had a positive experience. The items were exactly as pictured, and a complete set. The set comes in two separate shipments, with two boxes in each shipment. I received the set in a reasonable time period. What the description did not make clear: the set does NOT INCLUDE the 2-up mount rack fastener hardware. The seller responsive and resolved things to my complete satisfaction and would purchase from you again. The set includes 3 keys for the lock. The quality was great for the price!
