I received a broken item and returned it for a replacement and never got a new one back. They kept my money and didn't replace the original. They said they sent a replacement (after making excuses) but won't give a tracking number. I originally paid in April and it's June! I want my money back or the replacement ASAP.

A brand new item was sent. The Buyer claimed that the item was broken. We offered to exchange the product for them. It took the Buyer 7 days after we sent the return label to ship the item. The item was sent to the manufacturer and it was not broken. A replacement was going to be sent and the Buyer was provided the updates on the replacement item. The Buyer was very impatient and knew when the replacement was going to be sent and they inturn posted a negative review. A refund was issued.
