Seller initially messaged me to say that they had forgotten to ship the item. I accepted that as fine; mistakes happen. Then, without any message, they end up canceling the order and not communicating with me at all. It appears that this seller is generally good, but wonder why that was not my experience.

My daughter had been in and out of the hospital and I was back and forth between home and hospital, working and caring for 4 other children and a farm. I had thought that my store was on vacation, but I had forgotten to renew vacation status. I forgot to send the item within the appropriate timeframe, and then I realized that I simply could not manage eBay for awhile. I apologized to the buyer, and after things settled down at home, I offered to send the item free of charge, but buyer declined.
