Item is really lovely and excellent quality compared to others I have seen. Paid for next day delivery and it came 4 days later. Was offered a refund for postage but never happened. Only wanted a partial refund to reflect the fact it didn't come next day when I needed it (£9.50 for 4 days is extortionate) Can't fault the communication as they were responsive in a timely manner when I messaged.
