Security car was packed securely and shipped quickly with no damage to the box. Upon opening, machine gun assembly fell out of the top of the car. No mention of gun being loose in ad. Bracket that holds guns in place was broken so I tried to glue to no avail. I found and acquired a replacement part and asked seller to cover the $10.06 cost. He declined my request which I felt was reasonable. I consider this poor customer service so I won't be bidding on any of his auctions in the future.

Item was shipped as pictured in the listing, carefully protected in a sturdy box.Item was shipped with insurance,which is common during the rough handling,holiday season.Buyer did not contact me when arrived damaged.First communication of issue was AFTER buyer tried to GLUE repair it and AFTER purchasing a replacement part. eBay policy does not require seller 'reimbursement of repair' at the discretion of the buyer.When contacted by buyer I requested a return of damaged item.Buyer didn't,
