A website that builds rear ends wanted $120 more than this seller and tried to tell me he didn't have anymore so I would buy the more expensive "chryo treated" one. Glad I ordered it from here. Cheaper, faster, and didn't have to deal with a salesman trying to upsell me. I can't rate the communication because I didn't have to talk to anyone.

My only personal dislike is that one of the pinion bearings that I received, although advertised as made in the USA was actually manufactured in India and although it was stamped as Timken it did not arrive in a Timken package. All other bearings were stamped made in the USA and were packaged in Timken boxes.
