Excellent product and awesomely quick despatch from this seller. You get enough for 5 gallons of mead. Unless you have your own bees, the price of honey means you will probably only be able to afford to do one demijohn at a time, so for a single gallon you will need to weigh out a fifth of the compound. Make sure the powder is properly mixed before you measure. Keep the remainder in a sealed container in the fridge until you need it.
