    It does the job!

    Easy to take supplement with no detectable side effects

    Its pretty hard to tell how much biotin supplement improves my hair or nails. Im a senior man taking this on the advice of a chemo patient who said she could tell a difference in hair growth while recovering from cancer treatment. I dont sense any negative effects, and Im hoping that whatever might be getting absorbed is at least helping to slow down hair loss. In that regard, pills are easy to take, and dont have any unpleasant taste.

    Natrol 10000 mcg biotin extra strength

    So far everything is good because I started taking them on 4-16-22 and haven’t missed a day and that’s each morning and I haven’t had any side effects as of yet and also I noticed that though out the day I seem to have more energy!!!!!
