      Too hard

      I thought that they are made of rubber, but they are not. They are plastic things which are a little bit hard so that when I put it in my scooter(I bought it 3 weeks ago, so it's a little new,) and I can't unfold it for a ride, it was too hard to lock the neck of the scooter, so I've decided that was not the right time to use, just wait and try it later when my scooter get loosen, but I don't think the plastic piece can work well.
