    I PROVIDED WHAT I HAD, THE TRACKING NUMBER, THE POST OFFICE COULD NOT EXPLAIN TO ME WHERE THE PACKAGE IS. IT WAS PICKED UP BUT NEVER SCANNED. EBAY STEPPED IN AND REFUNDED WHILE I WAS TRYIN TO LOCATED PACKAGE. ONCE THEY DECIDED TO REFUND YOU I HAD NO REASON TO RESPOND. I JUST TOOK A LOSS BOTH IN CASH AND MY ITEM....
