Avoid this seller and don’t be fooled by positive feedback. Purchased a ceramic cheese plate/cover, both arrived smashed due to improper packaging. Seller dklein68 accepted no responsibility and said it was the fault of the postal system—even accused me of misrepresenting what happened. The shipping box was 40% empty causing the items inside to move freely during transcontinental shipment. Seller has poor communication and customer service. Refused refund and told me to seek refund from USPS.
