E' possibile restituire la merce senza penalità e senza specificarne il motivo in caso di acquisto effettuato da persone fisiche (consumatori) che non agiscono per scopi riferibili all’attività professionale svolta. Per far questo bisogna inviare una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno presso i nostri uffici entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione della merce. Entro lo stesso termine la merce deve essere rispedita integra ed imballata con lo stesso imballaggio usato per la consegna, con spedizione a carico del mittente ed effettuata sotto la sua responsabilità.
