The item was listed to be in New condition. once I received the item I plugged it into my car just to find out that it was faulty right out of the box so I contacted the seller immediately to inform them. Had one problem, not with the item,with delivery. Please add to your listing you ship by fed ex. I thought you used usps since you don't exclude p.o. box deliveries. But fed ex claimed they could not find delivery adress,which was my p.o. box at local post office. So i had to open a fed ex acct. Change ship to adress to my local cvs who has a fed ex box service.
