The item arrived damaged, but the seller allowed a return. I have a packing recommendation for the seller for the future however. The box was too small for the item, and the item didn't have adequate packing material around it. Lots of tape on the outside of a box will never make up for inadequate packing, and parcel delivery services just ignore "fragile" written on the outside of the box. The standard is can the box survive a 6 ft drop. If not, the packing is inadequate.
