DX then scanned it back in to their depot 2 hours later and finally delivered it today. Again to be clear, seller was top notch and this was not their fault but poor behaviour by the courier DX.

Item was just in a brown envelope with no protection and as it is a paper filter, it is slightly deformed. This is probably due to postal handling but would have expected better protection. Arrived one day later than suggested.
