    Items received as described. These gripping jars are built well and having the ability to add weights is nice for training purposes as you get stronger. The on the diameter of the lip of these jars is probably about an inch short of traditional training jars which has an effect on proper grip training. If you are looking for jars with a 4 inch diameter these jars are closer to 3 inches. Otherwise good product.
