I received the shoes yesterday. As soon as I took one shoe out of the wrapping paper, the tip of the heel fell into 4 or 5  little pieces in my hand. I never even got to try that one on. When I tried the right shoe on, the tip of the heel immediately broke off in half. I need to return them, but I do not think I should pay $12.55 for shipping costs for broken shoes. How can we make this right?
