I received the charm speedily. Unfortunately although it is a pretty charm it is not an authentic Pandora charm as advertised. It is a counterfeit of a Pandora charm. I contacted the seller and told them that I wanted a refund. They wanted me to go out of my way to return the charm before I could get a refund. I will be reporting this issue to Pandora and to EBay. Selling counterfeit items is illegal. My loss this time BUYER BEWARE! Pandora collectors know the real deal!! NOT AUTHENTIC GUYS!
