    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! SCAM ARTIST!!! I bought this fuser kit because it said it was genuine Brother part. I even had a professional technician swap it out. The roller was damaged on arrival and the technician said "this doesn't look like OEM quality but we can swap and see what happens". Did so and I've had nothing but problems. $90 for the part and $130 for the labor. Contacted this Seller to request refund and they GHOSTED ME.... BUYER BEWARE! BUY FROM ANYONE BUT THIS SELLER!!!!

    Installed easily, despite printer reluctance to acknowledge...

    Fit in easily and quickly! But, my printer insisted that there was a paper jam & would not operate, despite hitting 'reset' ('3'&'9' simultaneously). Took fuser unit back out & re-assembled exactly the same way, now it works great! Saved my hard-working color printer from the junk heap!
