Unfortunately the part does not work on the buyers vehicle. Part was tested when sent. Buyer did not contact to report any issue or return the item. Always happy to resolve issues for buyers. Part was tested and working. Part was cleaned. Simply a blob of grease from a build up of storage lubricant in the bag. Buyer was issued a full refund. Although we did what we could to resolve the issue. Sometimes it’s never enough for some eBay buyers.
