      This does what it’s supposed to/do. I was replacing my previous device the Splash from same company. This is a 2016 model, the newest version was recalled and is not available at this time. The monthly fee is 24.95 If you want the optional fall detection feature it goes up to 39.95 per month.

      I owned and loved the previous model , Great Call Splash and the voice and volume quality was much better. The volume on this is very low although the operator said she had no difficulty hearing me. I guess everything else is OK.

      I love this program after falling and getting hurt by myself at home I just broke to ribs from a fall.No one was home to help me so i layed on the floor till my daughter came home.I like it alot I just have to push a button or it detects a fall right away someone is always there for me know. My family is releived that i have this.Thankyou so much!!

      High monthly cost

      Folks like my Mother with small incomes find it hard to pay monthly fees. $35 activation few plus buy unit,monthly costs.
