Great customer service. I ordered two of the exact same book and when they picked the order they missed that it was two and shipped just one. (Very easy mistake to make, who orders two of the same book?) I sent a message in the evening, not expecting to hear back until the next day, but they messaged back within twenty minutes and had the second copy mailed out first thing the next morning. Packaged very well also, no damage.

  • Good Photo's, not enough substance.

As far as collector book goes, this one is not particularly helpful. There are some general guidelines, such as it being better to not repaint a Schuco car. The photo's are excellent and the writing is enjoyable. There is just not enough information, and what is in the book is readily available on line. The prices are also very vague, as in being a guess at what a "mint" in the box car would go for. There is no mention or diagram of the mechanisms or any photo's of the original factory. The history given is too plain and simple. I didn't pay very much for the book, and I will keep it. But there should be more in a "collectors guide."

  • Not recommended unless u only want 1 company's products insted of a variety

Dont waste your time on this book...it's a nice book but only if you are interested in only one company's products...this company appears to have only manufactured the same looking or similar style car...over 50 pages of almost the exact same looking cars! It's the same situation but fewer pages on their boats, train, and planes! If you're looking for a book on a variety of companies and on a variety of collectable tin toys, you should look elsewhere.

  • I am a little bit desapointed

Good book, but in bad condition with three stickers hardly stamped on the quite beautiful cover which is worn and bent.

  • For those who collect Schuco cars, ONLY.

This might be a nice book for those who collect Schuco cars, but for those who collect other Schuco toys, it barely mentions the antique clockwork toys. I was disappointed. I've been looking for a definitive book about the vintage line of toys, (including cars), but this book is not it. It mainly covers the cars that have been made since the company has reopened, not the early work of the Schuco company. I collect Schuco monkeys, and these were not covered at all.

  • Nice book, great photos, wish there was more information but still worth it

Great photographs of the classic Schuco toys, especially the cars. I wish it also included photos of the bottom of each car and and a more thorough description of when each car was made and where. Overall a very nice book with good information for the novice collector.
