    Item came as described. Quality is Good and worked wonderfully. Thank you Pro Tip- Remove the antistatic solder blob on the laser. If you know the laser Potentiometer hasn't been adjusted, take reading of DVD and CD POT (CD is Closest POT to the edge) and write it down. This will be the OHMS settings by the manufacturer. Also, take note of the ohms settings of the new laser. Use the Manufacturer settings and adjust if necessary.

    I've purchased this laser reader for the PS2 from this same seller a couple of times. Each time, it worked as intended, bringing PS2s back to life. The disc readers added years of playtime to each console. Unfortunately, these devices have become pricy, but it’s still a good deal. The disc reader comes brand new, and it's appearance is genuine. Definitely recommend buying them from this seller while they’re still available.

    Great lense

    Works great you will need solder iron to break solder point pretty simple to change and to break solder point if you have the iron

    Works as intended

    Initially I though it didn't work but I realized that I had to remove specific solder points for it to work properly. After some adjustments with the laser and console itself, it can read most PS2 and PS1 discs well.
