As always, happy customer with the product and ship time. My only issue is the shipping cost. $16.80 worth of ribbon costing me a total of $39.34 is excessive. That's $22.54 to ship a few pieces of ribbon in an envelope. I don't understand how the shipping is as pricey as that but Martel's product and customer service overall is excellent. If you really want or need something, you'll pay and I know I can count on Martel's for quality and speed. Happy customer.
