    Evening primrose

    I’ve been taking this brand for some time now! It’s one of the best! Improves your skin. A lot of woman who suffer with body temperature change or hot flashes helps with that too. If you do suffer from that have to chang your life style to eating better. Caffeine ,fatty foods ,and sweets will do it if your hormones are unbalanced.     This product works great for me I have scar tissue that when it hardens is painful. I was using Vit E for years in large quantities. I learned that vitamin E could be toxic at certain amounts.
