Great quality. They fit perfectly, as advertised. I adjusted 2 turns out on all four corners to get a little lower drop. Set it and forget it afterward. I noticed in the reviews that a customer complained and berated this product, because once installed one end of the link has to be removed from the ball joint to make any further adjustments. And apparently they returned them. I guess they’ll enjoy dropping $400 bucks for such overpriced links.

Front clips only have 3 turns on the thread, unlike the rear that had 9 turns. The front set need a longer stud for more and better adjustment. I could only lower the front close to 1" and can't lower to 2" or all the way like others. Links shipped together with clips wrapped in aluminum foil (clips loose -not in a bag or contained) lost one opening package - requested a replacement but was ignored by seller. I later found it, but bad customer support.

I bought a 2nd set and came with the same short rods on the front set. Still had to buy longer ones from Ace Hardware to go lower.
Shipping/packaging did improve a lot, A+ for packaging.

Sounds like whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing, or you ordered the wrong one.
