    Not for the Uninitiated User...

    Received the software in a timely manner and just as advertised by the seller. The O/S loaded the first time as expected and there were no problems with the software key. The laptop that was being upgraded "complained" a bit as the drivers for devices on it were outdated (Acer Aspire 9410Z circa 2007) and required manual intervention. After the initial install, SP1 had to be downloaded from Microsoft Support and it installed without a problem. Over 300 updates, patches and new driver installs later, the laptop is up and running with no problem. Good overall product but better to have SP1 included to reduce time for downloading patches and updates. Works well on an old notebook computer with only 2GB RAM, 150 GB HTS hard drive, and Dual Intel CPUs running 1.60GHZ.
