Communication a little slow. Bought item early Friday afternoon. Did not receive shipping info until the following Tuesday, even after asking for info early Monday evening. Seller seems to think you can't ship until the 'ship by' date, and not before that date. An item should be shipped as soon as possible, or at least communicate with the buyer as soon as possible on when it will ship. Lamp shade was perfect for my grandmother's vintage lamp.
