    Loose on the ear.

    Well since you asked me what I thought, it's a good concept not properly executed. The over-the-ear hook does not grip this adult's ear well enough to hold the speaker pad or the microphone boom in proper placement. This makes two-way conversation sporadic. A flimsy disappointment.

    Okay, but wouldn't do it again

    This is one of Plantronics lesser products. I've used their headsets for years and decided to try a different one - this one. It isn't stable on the ear and the quality is less than others for a couple bucks more.
