    I checked ABE books listings but nothing for this book, that is odd... Later I checked eBay has it for a reasonable price, so what is the problem? After the fact the sold details says shipping untracked, I find a message from seller saying it's going by yet another unknown courier, instant stress, these outfits are difficult to contact and tracking is poor at best, the mail system is back on track for now but bottom line is that all couriers are bad even UPS & FedEx leave packages abandoned.
