Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato dal Cliente entro il termine di 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce acquistata (trascorsa tale data il recesso verrà considerato chiuso e non sarà più possibile esercitare tale diritto). L'onere del diritto di recesso conformemente all’ art.54 del Codice del Consumo incombe sul consumatore. La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, non usata, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali.
