Seller sent two pads - one hard and one softer. The hard one I consider to be too hard to use. The softer one is ok but hasn't really controlled the hernia when placed inside boxers or compression shorts. Might be better with a hernia belt. As it is, you could easily cut a piece of foam to the required shape.
