Slow to post. Paid for 4 day shipping item arrived 11 days later. Seller kept making excuses blaming post office even though they had nil stock yet still advertised item.

Unfortunately either my package was stolen or was just delivered to the wrong address, but I reached out to the company and they were very fast in response, easy to speak with, and eager to fix the problem. We came to an agreement that I would just get a refund. (It took about 2-3 weeks to ship and I needed a hood soon) will definitely order one in the future.
P.S. I used a buddies hood that was this exact brand and they are PHENOMENAL!! Light weight, osha approved, head adjustment works great!!
